About Firecracker Restaurant - Authentic trinidadian cuisine

For our wedding, we made jars of Trini style pepper sauces from a family recipe and sent them home with our guests. Guests loved the hot sauces - and gave us many compliments after the wedding. Trinidad is home to some of the world's hottest peppers, and has a rich history in the art of crafting pepper sauces. Trini recipes are rarely documented or mass produced. Rather, these culinary traditions are taught iteratively through families. We started our company standardizing age old recipes, with the goal of introducing people to an authentic taste of Trinidad, using all natural ingredients.  We dreamt of introducing Canadians to 'Trini style pepper sauces' and launched our brand FIRECRACKER PEPPER SAUCE. 5 years later, our products are sold in most major grocery stores in Canada, including Loblaws, Metro, Whole Foods, Sobeys, Farm Boy, Healthy Planet, Choices Market, IGA and more!
